The King’s Trust Garden: Seeding Success is an evocative design by designer Joe Perkins for RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025, inspired by volcanic landscapes, focusing on pioneer plants and their symbolic role in new beginnings and growth. Drawing a parallel with the potential of young people, the garden highlights how seeds represent optimism for the future. Featuring artistic screen-printed glass panels to represent seed dispersal, Joe discusses the carefully chosen plants, including Pinus nigra and Ostrya carpinifolia, and how each element contributes to the garden’s deeper message of optimism and renewal.
