Garden for the Future at Sheffield Park & Garden
Created in partnership with the National Trust, this bold new garden blends heritage with climate-resilient design. Hard landscaping and furniture were completed in 2024, with temporary wildflowers planted while permanent plants underwent quarantine. Now fully planted with over 5,000 plants and 30 trees, the garden officially opened in summer 2025. It has already been awarded with a Sussex Heritage Trust Award and a BALI Award and we're excited to see it establish and evolve as a vibrant, living landscape!

"Joe and his team are so in tune with the landscape as a whole that they are able to see exactly how this specific area where a new garden is being created not only contributes to that wider landscape but also supports it, as we move into a different climate. This has really enabled a design that is not only appropriate for space, but pushes boundaries of science and exploration at the same time."
