Location
Uxbridge College, London
Project Type
Public Realm
Status
Completed Summer 2025
Originally created for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025, our Kings Trust Garden 'Seeding Success' has been permanently relocated in its entirety to Uxbridge College. What was once a simple patch of grass has been transformed into a vibrant garden that students and staff can enjoy, learn from, and care for.
The garden now provides a living classroom and a restorative green space on campus, where King’s Trust programmes will be run alongside staff and student-led gardening groups. By looking after the space, students gain hands-on skills while also benefiting from a calm, nature-rich environment.
Beyond its role in education and wellbeing, the garden has dramatically increased biodiversity on site, creating a thriving habitat for wildlife.
Its relocation was made possible thanks to the generosity of Omaze UK, Project Giving Back, and Elemis, ensuring that the legacy of the Chelsea Flower Show continues to inspire and support young people for years to come.
