Chelsea Flower Show 2022
Project type
Show Garden
Location
RHS Chelsea, London
Status
May 2022
Provoking thought about our place within nature and the importance of connection and interdependence, the garden showcases the diversity of habitat and plant communities within woodland ecosystems which is only possible when underpinned by a functioning mycorrhizal network.
The design highlights the importance of timber as a beautiful, sustainable and renewable resource, as well as the importance of increasing tree cover and public access to well-managed woodlands in the UK.
Built without the use of any concrete the garden has a new home at the Conkers Discovery Centre in the heart of the National Forest in Derbyshire.
The garden was awarded with a RHS Gold Medal.

"I worked closely with Joe and his team to deliver two gold-medal winning gardens at Chelsea Flower Show and highly recommend the team for their dedication, professionalism and creative flair. He was also an excellent spokesperson for our company, landing important company messaging."
